About this event

Our speaker, Amanda Young, is a gerontologist specializing in aging in place and proactive care management and the Executive Director of Wesley SecureCare (formerly The Wesley at Home). In June 2022, Young helped launch the first Continuing Care at Home program in Maryland (https://wesleysecurecare.org) dedicated to bringing a continuum of coordinated wellness and long-term care services to older adults living in their own community and home.  

An LFV / FHNN collaborative program.
